Applying the Banana Boat Summer Color Self-Tanning Mist yourself is effortless. I suggest standing in the shower when applying the mist so you don’t spray product all over your house. After applying a light mist, make sure to rub it in. Avoid spraying the product directly on your knees, elbows and ankles to prevent product build-up.
Wait three hours after your first application before applying more of the mist. You will be able to gauge the level of color after your first application and build on the color from there. I have really pale skin and to get a pretty good base tan, I needed two applications.
